Although geometric Sans Serifs have been in vogue for nearly a century, they have never been as ubiquitous. It is not improbable that the old adage would be phrased: “When in doubt, set it in geometric sans”, had it been composed today. Have we not had enough? We think, not. Postmodern times demand a variety of expressions. The vision behind Geometria was to revisit the perennial favourite to lend subtle individuality to its tried and true forms.

First appearing as a Numeral Set, Ribbon is now a full display face, including Opentype features for an alternate alphabet.

A Geometric Sans-Serif inspired by Cuba’s capital city.

Rometric

A typeface which draws inspiration from the Wellington City Gallery. Heavily influenced by the neo classic style of architecture, infused with modern angles and geometric shapes, Rometric sans portrays City Gallery as a place to come to be inspired and to explore the old and new trends within the artistic world.
Rometric Sans follows modern design trends in order to let people know that the City Gallery is still current and relevant in todays modern world. The whole typeface has been designed based on Triangles and Circles, which can be seen within the neo classic style patterns found on the City Gallery and modern triangular lines used on some of the windows. The Geometric style fits well with current design trends and the fact that the type is sans serif also adds to its modern appeal. The three horizontial lines seen on each letter have been directly influenced by the roman style pillars which feature on the City Gallery.

Orbitron is a geometric sans-serif typeface intended for display purposes. It features four weights (light, medium, bold, and black), a stylistic alternative, small caps, and a ton of alternate glyphs.
