Google Glass is no more and it has brought a huge shock for the entire tech-loving world. But the sudden demise of Google Glass seems to have happened to pave the way for something new. Google has announced that they are now working on an upgraded version of Google Glass, Google Glass 2.So get ready for amazing adventure.

Google announced that their Google Glass Explorer programme has been shut down and the original wearable device will not be sold anymore from now onwards. Just then a Google+ post revealed that “you will start to see future versions of Glass when they are ready.” The post further reveals, “As we look to the road ahead, we realise that we've outgrown the lab and so we’re officially “graduating” from Google[x] to be our own team here at Google. We’re thrilled to be moving even more from concept to reality...As part of this transition, we’re closing the Explorer Program so we can focus on what’s coming next... In the meantime, we’re continuing to build for the future.”

The Wall Street Journal predicts that the next generation Google Glass will be available in 2015. The WSJ report also says that which Intel chip Google will use in the new version of Glass but it's being reported that Glass 2 will focus on power conservation too.
